Notes to the rental rates
- Please contact us for rates and availability which are dependant upon the
season and local events. We prefer all travel plans to be based upon check in Saturday after 4pm, check out Saturday by 10
am. Where possible, exceptions can be made to accommodate you. We do consider shorter/longer letting periods than 1 week,
please enquire! A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to rental. A refundable cash deposit
of 1000 euros is required upon check in to cover any misuse or damage. This will be returned upon successful check out. We
are proud that in the past 6 years we have always returned 100% of the deposit money and trust you will continue in this tradition

- BATHROOMS & KITCHEN There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. 3 full baths with a shower, bath, bidet and double sinks (1
even has a jacuzzi). 1 is a shower room and 1 is a WC. 3 Hair Dryers are provided so you don't have to bring any! There are
also some bath toys available for our younger (or perhaps older) guests. Should you need any essentials the local Pueblo Nuevo
area, a 5 min drive has both chemists and a grocery store (not to mention restaurants and an exclusive wine shop). The Kitchen
has a 6 ring smeg cooker, oven, dishwasher, American sized fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, baby bottle steriliser, cappuccino
machine, toaster, mixer, blender, and small juicer. The kitchen table seats 4-6 and the custom built dining table seats 12.

- All the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage with closets, hangers, shelving and drawers. The villa has air
conditioning and heating to make your stay comfortable! There are 4 king-sized beds, 2 single beds in a twin room, + extra
sngl bed + 2 cots which can be placed in any room you like.All bedding is 100% cotton percale and towels (Hand, Face, Bath
& Beach) are 100% cotton and are also provided. Linens are provided for a mid-week change should you require. There are
22 non-allergenic pillows and a choice of 3 duvet togs and additional velvety blankets enabling you to enjoy comfort away
from home. The sofa in the living area also pulls out to sleep 2 additional but occasional guests who may join you for part
of your stay, making room for 12 guests + 2 babies. Should you have a house full, there is an amazing grocery store located
5 mins away that can cater for your needs. We can happily arrange provisions on arrival should your party be arriving late,
hungry or both

There is air conditioning & central heating with an immersion boiler for continuously available hot water. An English
speaking housekeeper is avail. at an additional cost but pls book early. Please note, the villa expands over 3 levels and
therefore may be unsuitable for guests that cannot negotiate stairs comfortably. However, young children who are supervised
are most welcome & their interests have been considered. This includes locked safety fencing around the heated private
swimming pool and proper railings and gates around the property and its balconies. There are also toys, books, games, an activity
centre and baby walker for 6-18 mos olds and a tricycle and huge outdoor slide for toddlers. There are books &board games
for the adults, a ping pong table and 80+ DVD's (including children's of course) in addition to SKY TV.Besides the highchair,
there are 2 more 'triptrap' chairs which are convertible for all sizes from 5 mos - 5 years. No smoking is allowed on the
