This charming spacious villa has enough accommodation for 2 families with 5 double bedrooms, enjoys it's own gardens and lovely pool and is only 5 minutes from unspoilt romantic beaches. The first floor has a very large lounge dining room with traditional open fireplace and a balcony with stunning sea views of Gibraltar and Moroccoh's Atlas Mountains. This floor also has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen. the lower floor has a further lounge with fireplace, a bathroom and 3 double bedrooms,1 ensuite. There are patio doors unto the downstairs garden. The upstairs garden is large with a spacious pool which enjoys the sunshine all day. You can sip a beer in the evening here in the sun. It's also wonderfully romantic to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down by Gibraltar and Sotogrande. Sotogrande with its famous Marina and golf is 10 minutes away. You can sail to Morocco in 30 minutes from the quaint Moorish port of Tarifa, popular with windsurfers

If your interest is game fishing, many competitions are organised at la Duqueas, Sotogrande and Estapona. The unspoilt beaches are within walking distance and vey popular with fishermen as well as swimmers and sunbathers. If you like wildlife and nature there are 2 National Parcs nearby with romantic lakes and walking. The famous white town of Ronda makes a great day out in the mountains with superb views. If you would like a trip to Morocco it takes 30 minutes from Tarifa, an old Moorish port where the romantic old town is well worth a visit in itself.
